The Pinos Altos Melodrama Theatre opens its ninth hysterical season with the conspiracy comedy, "Take Us To Your Leaderhosen or... One World Order To Go, Hold The Mao." Audience members are encouraged to boo the villains and villainesses, cheer the heroes and heroines and throw popcorn to their heart's delight.

This latest original offering pits the evil doings of the sinister Brotherhood against the mystical biddings of ancient masters and spirit guides. Who will succeed in taking over the world? Will the golden age of mankind be one of peace and light or world domination by the one world order bunch?

Who exactly is the evil Brotherhood? What secrets are contained on the much sought after microfilm? What really happened to Willard Wagstaff? Who is the mysterious man in black and what is his connection to the mysterious lady in red? The truths of the universe are unveiled and conspiracies revealed.

The truth is still out there. "Klatu, Verada, Nikto."

Shows are every Friday and Saturday at 8 pm in the historic Pinos Altos Opera House.

Pinos Altos is located six miles north of Silver City, NM on Highway 15. Dinner reservations can be made at the adjacent Buckhorn Saloon and Restaurant before or after the show.
