- Fifth Annual Mimbres Valley Harvest Festival
25 September — As the growing season continues, residents of the Mimbres Valley will be coming together to celebrate their life in the valley, inviting everyone to their Fifth Annual Mimbres Valley Harvest Festival, Saturday, September 25th, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. A day long hoe down, when farmers put down their hoes for the season, is planned with farmers’ market, storytellers, musicians and craftspeople coming together to share their love of the Mimbres at the San Lorenzo Elementary School, just off of NM Highway 152.

Catholic Church and Cemetery
Located on Highway 15, the land for the PA's historic Catholic Church and cemetery was donated by Frank Bell in 1888. Catholics are buried near the little church where they once came together to worship with the priest who road horseback over the mountains to reach the town once each month. read more |
